Vegan Banana Ice Cream
- 1 frozen banana, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries or mango chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Tbsp unsalted chunky peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp oats
- 2 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- carob chips (optional)
- granola (optional)
- walnuts (optional)
- Blend all ingredients in Bella Blender, or blender of your choice, until smooth.
- Freeze for 5-10 minutes.
- Top with carob chips, granola and walnuts, if desired.
