Spicy Pepper and Bean Salad
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 of a jalapeño pepper, minced
- 1/2 of a lemon
- Mix the bell peppers, beans and jalapeño pepper together in a medium bowl.
- Squeeze the lemon over the bean mixture and mix well.
- Serve chilled.
