Burnt Cauliflower

Ingredients
  • 1 head of cauliflower, chopped into florets
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp parsley
  • 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Mix all ingredients in deep baking sheet, coating cauliflower well with oil and spices.
  3. Bake for 40 minutes or until cauliflower is slightly burnt.
